First trip of 2021

Well I may have been wrong about me changing my ways and going out to shoot more often. I’ll get around to it. Amen to my job for being the reason I’ve been so busy. Here are some photos from the first weekend of 2021. We went out to a few wineries in Fredericksburg and enjoyed some awesome weather. Cheers to a better year.

Snow Day.

Trying to get myself back into the routine of taking pictures for pleasure. Not that I want to make a chore out of it but if I’m not given the chance to shoot I will try to create something no matter what. I’ve heard photo blogs are a good way to keep your skills sharp and make you feel a little more accomplished so here goes nothing. Sorry for any bad grammar or punctuation, I only went to a community college. To start this thing off I happened to have the perfect opportunity for shooting just fall from the sky…literally. It’s not every day Austin, Texas gets snow, let alone 3-5 inches. It was an amazing day for a number of reasons but the biggest was that it was Gus’ first time seeing snow. Of course the first few hours he was like “..What the hell…take me back inside…”, but once he understood all the other dogs loved it, he soon got the hang of it. Here are some shots from the rest of the day including all of my awesome friends and neighbors. Hope everyone had a great day, and if you didn’t, don’t worry it literally happens maybe 2 days out of the year (love all my New Englanders).
